I uninstalled the printer software and reinstalled. Get the error saying that HABs has failed and black is absent. Installing new ink cartridges purchased from HP. I bought a second hand F4480 deskjet all-in-one. I tried to replace the cartridge with a new one (again, product HP genuine), but does not replace the printer either.
